As a strong advocate for children for over 15 years, Beth is passionate about meeting children and families where they are. She builds a supportive therapeutic relationship that yields positive results in the lives of children and families. You can frequently find her on the floor, joining her young client’s world, surrounded by toys, games and art. Her gifts in helping children find their voice while overcoming emotional and behavioral struggles is impactful. She also enjoys partnering with parents in on-going parent coaching. Beth has used her fun-loving and playful style as a therapist over the years to work in foster care, schools, and infant and early childhood mental health services. It’s easy to see and feel the depth of care that Beth has towards the children she works with. She empowers children by believing in the power of their positive relationship which facilitates healing and resilience in their lives.
Beth’s specialties include Trauma, abuse and neglect, attachment difficulties, child behavioral challenges, anxiety, mood and adjustment disorders, PTSD, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), parent coaching, family therapy, and enjoying your child again. Beth also serves as a supervisor for her colleagues seeking advanced licensure.
On a personal note, Beth is married and the mother of three children. She enjoys the outdoors, delicious food and quality time with family, friends, and community.
