ABOUT

As an advocate for growth and healing for almost a decade, Tamara’s clients experience her as compassionate, curious and challenging. She considers it an honor to partner with her clients and walk alongside them towards greater levels of wholeness. She holds a sincere empathy when clients share their frustrations with being “stuck” in various parts of life. She is intentional to create a warm environment filled with deep respect and eagerness to hear her clients’ histories as well as present day lives. Tamara has always been inquisitive and gently guides her clients into higher levels of awareness and insight with her powerful questions. She believes that growth happens outside our comfort zones and gently challenges her clients in that direction.

Tamara specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, working as a couples and family therapist, guiding individuals towards getting unstuck, building healthy relationship skills, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and pre-marital counseling as a certified prepare and enrich facilitator

Personally, Tamara is married and a mother to two sweet boys. She and her family enjoy sharing delicious meals with others. Tamara enjoys the outdoors and especially going on walks with her family. Interesting fact-she grew up in Canada and is a second-generation immigrant.
