Tarin Lauer

Tarin began her professional career in education mentoring and investing in high school students for five years. She is passionate about building relationships with her students and making learning fun. She helps young people hone-in on who they are as individuals allowing them to experience true connection and find their strengths.  As an advocate for young people, she directs school-run organizations developing student leaders to make a positive impact in the community. She also serves as an advisor in national suicide prevention programs, collaborating with a diverse group of students and professionals.  

For over eight years Tarin has also been involved in middle school ministry. She has seen the fruit that grows while living alongside others and being led by compassion.  

Tarin has a passion for people and their stories which compelled her to continue pursuing her education and advanced degree. She believes that all humanity has inherent worth and value and is shaped by both the beautiful and tragic events of life. She finds fulfillment in helping others know who they are and move forward in the direction of their goals and dreams.  She sees the value and impact in helping others access more of their emotional intelligence and language.  

Tarin cherishes her friendships and is a proud dog mom to her mini-goldendoodle, Mixon. She is an athlete and a big football fan!  She has recently started enjoying pickleball. Her colleagues describe her as kind, gentle and enthusiastic. Odds are you will see her drinking an iced coffee or with a sweet tea in hand!
