ABOUT

Katie has been equipping, encouraging, and empowering women, mothers, and athletes for 10 years. She finds great purpose in walking alongside women in all their seasons of life. Katie knows that transitions can be challenging and she enjoys offering her clients a judgement-free place to slow down and gather their thoughts and feelings. She often follows women in their journey from pregnancy to parenthood. Young adults, college students and athletes seek her out to assist in guiding them to greater levels of balance within their academic, athletic, and personal lives.

Katie’s specialties include Solution Focused Brief Therapy, women, teens, student athletes, post-partum depression, anxiety, trauma, complicated grief, low self-esteem, navigating transitions, relationship issues, and goal setting.

Personally, Katie is married and a joyful mother to 4 children! She herself is a lifelong competitive athlete. She has a great love for family. In her free time, she enjoys hospitality and being a good neighbor.
